The Pine Tree Academy Breakers soccer team scored 4 points and limited the host Telstar Rebels to 0 in the Breakers non-league victory on Friday.
Next, the Breakers face the Chop Point Blue Bears (Woolwich, ME) in a Class D - South contest, on Tuesday, October 3. Pine Tree Academy will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Blue Bears enter the contest with a 0-7 record after their 2-1 league loss to Islesboro Central (Islesboro, ME).
The Rebels now have a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they host Dirigo for a 8 Person - South contest on Friday, October 6. Telstar will face a Cougars team coming off a 2-2 league Rangeley Lakes (Rangeley, ME). The Cougars record now stands at 5-3.
