The Blair Oaks Falcons routed the host Jefferson City Jays softball squad by a count of 7-0 in Friday's non-league battle.
The Falcons (12-8) will now prepare for their battle against Fulton (Fulton, MO). The Hornets go into the non-league battle with a 17-6 record. In their last battle, Fulton nudged Fort Zumwalt South (St. Peters, MO), 6-3, in a non-league battle.
The Jays now sport a 13-7 record. They play next when they host Smith-Cotton for a non-league battle on Monday, October 2. Jefferson City will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 8-7 non-league win over North Callaway (Kingdom City, MO). The Tigers record now stands at 15-10.
