Texas High School Volleyball - Alcuin can't hold off Highlands

The Alcuin Hawks volleyball team (Dallas, TX), was edged 3-2 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Highlands Blazers (Irving, TX)

The Blazers (7-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Garland Christian Academy (Garland, TX). The Swordsmen come into the TAPPS 2A District 3 challenge with a 2-7 record. In their last challenge, Garland Christian Academy was edged by Wylie Prep Academy (Wylie, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Hawks encounter the Wylie Prep Academy Patriots (Wylie, TX) in a TAPPS 2A District 3 challenge, on Tuesday, October 3. Alcuin will attempt to move on its 5-7 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 14-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Highlands (Irving, TX).
