The Benbrook Bobcats volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Carter-Riverside Eagles to 0 in the Bobcats league victory on Friday.

The Bobcats now have a 18-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Central Texas Academy for a non-league game on Tuesday, October 3. Benbrook will meet a Pioneers team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Life Waxahachie (Waxahachie, TX). The Pioneers record now stands at 19-13.

The Eagles (3-16) will now prepare for their game against Dunbar (Fort Worth, TX). The Wildcats enter the 4A Region II District 9 game with a 9-9 record. In their last game, Dunbar gained a win over Young Women's Leadership Academy (Fort Worth, TX), 3-1, in a league game.
