The Brazos Cougars (Wallis, TX) volleyball were winner over the visiting Hitchcock Bulldogs (Hitchcock, TX), 3-0 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Brazos betters its record to 14-18 on the year. The Cougars host Van Vleck (Van Vleck, TX) to face the Leopards in a 3A Region III District 24 outing on Tuesday, October 3. The Leopards go into the outing with a record of 4-25. Van Vleck lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Danbury (Danbury, TX)

The Bulldogs now sport a 5-10 record. They play next when they travel to Syracuse for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 30. Hitchcock will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Stanton County (Johnson, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-11.
