The Buckhorn Wildcats volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Jackson City Tigers to 1 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Friday.
The Wildcats now have a 9-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Owsley County for a non-league game on Monday, October 2.
The Tigers (7-15) will now prepare for their game against Jenkins (Jenkins, KY). The Cavaliers enter the non-league game with a 4-8 record. In their last game, Jenkins dropped by Letcher County Central (Whitesburg, KY), 3-0, in a league game.
