In Friday's league battle, the host Foothills Christian Knights volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Del Lago Academy Firebirds.

The Knights (11-12) will now prepare for their battle against St. Joseph Academy (San Marcos, CA). The Crusaders come into the Pacific battle with a 4-17 record. In their last battle, St. Joseph Academy lost by Maranatha Christian (San Diego, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Firebirds clash with the St. Joseph Academy Crusaders (San Marcos, CA) in a Pacific battle, on Tuesday, October 3. Del Lago Academy will attempt to advance on its 7-11 season record. The Crusaders come into the battle with a 4-15 record after their 3-0 league win over San Diego Jewish Academy (San Diego, CA).
