Texas High School Volleyball - George Ranch over Fort Bend Austin

The George Ranch Longhorns (Richmond, TX) volleyball were winner over the visiting Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs (Sugar Land, TX), 3-0 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, George Ranch betters its record to 20-14 on the year. The Longhorns travel to Fort Bend Travis (Richmond, TX) to face the Tigers in a 6A Region III District 20 outing on Tuesday, October 3. The Tigers go into the outing with a record of 13-13. Fort Bend Travis won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Fort Bend Dulles (Sugar Land, TX)

The Bulldogs now sport a 22-14 record. They play next when they host Fort Bend Elkins for a 6A Region III District 20 outing on Tuesday, October 3. Fort Bend Austin will face a Knights squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Fort Bend Clements (Sugar Land, TX). The Knights record now stands at 17-11.
