The crowd at Monday's league contest between the Western Pioneers (Anaheim, CA) and the visiting Magnolia Sentinels (Anaheim, CA), witnessed Western's flag football squad knock off Magnolia by a tally of 18-0.

The Pioneers (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against Saddleback (Santa Ana, CA). The Roadrunners enter the contest with a 6-9 record. In their last bout, Saddleback beat Los Amigos (Fountain Valley, CA), 18-14, in a league bout.

The Sentinels now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Los Amigos for a bout on Wednesday, October 1. Magnolia will encounter a Lobos team coming off a 18-14 league loss to Saddleback (Santa Ana, CA). The Lobos record now stands at 3-7.
