With the triumph, Webb advances its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Spartans host Bearden (Knoxville, TN) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Wednesday, October 1. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 5-0.

The Fighting Irish now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Maryville for a non-league outing on Thursday, October 2.
