Lindbergh Eagles (Renton, WA) boosters were pleased Monday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the host Renton Red Hawks (Renton, WA), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Eagles (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Tyee (SeaTac, WA). The Titans come into the non-league challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Tyee was nudged by Foster (Tukwila, WA), 2-1, in a non-league test.

The Red Hawks now sport a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Evergreen for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 1. Renton will face a Wolverines squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Sultan (Sultan, WA). The Wolverines record now stands at 4-5.
