Tonawanda Timberwolves (Tonawanda, NY) backers exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Depew Wildcats (Depew, NY), 5-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Tonawanda advances its record to 4-6 on the campaign. The Timberwolves travel to Griffith Institute (Springville, NY) to clash with the Griffins in a ECIC IV test on Friday, October 3. The Griffins come into the test with a record of 8-2. Griffith Institute won 3-0 in their recent league test against Global Concepts (Lackawanna, NY)

The Wildcats now have a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they host Newfane for a non-league test on Saturday, October 4. Depew will play a Panthers squad coming off a 4-2 league win over Royalton-Hartland (Middleport, NY). The Panthers record now stands at 3-1.
