Abundant Life Owls (North Little Rock, AR) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Lisa Academy Jaguars (Little Rock, AR), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Owls (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Palestine-Wheatley (Palestine, AR). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 7-9 record. In their last test, Palestine-Wheatley was edged by Bartlett (Bartlett, TN), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Jaguars now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pulaski Academy for a 4A 5 outing on Tuesday, September 30. Lisa Academy will play a Bruins team coming off a 3-0 league win over Mills University Studies (Little Rock, AR). The Bruins record now stands at 6-2.
