The Bulldogs now possess a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Gray Stone Day for a Yadkin Valley 2A/3A bout on Thursday, October 2. Albemarle will clash with a Knights team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Union Academy (Monroe, NC). The Knights record now stands at 7-11.

With the loss, North Rowan drops to 3-14 on the campaign. The Cavaliers host Bonnie Cone Leadership Academy (Huntersville, NC) to battle the Eagles in a non-league contest on Wednesday, October 1.
