Illinois High School Volleyball - Johnsburg edged by Antioch

The Johnsburg Skyhawks volleyball squad (Johnsburg, IL), was edged 2-1 in Monday's non-league challenge with the host Antioch Sequoits (Antioch, IL)

The Sequoits (6-17) will now prepare for their challenge against Lakes (Lake Villa, IL). The Eagles enter the Northern Lake County challenge with a 15-5 record. In their last challenge, Lakes got by Richmond-Burton (Richmond, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Skyhawks meet the Sandwich Indians (Sandwich, IL) in a Kishwaukee River challenge, on Wednesday, October 1. Johnsburg will attempt to upgrade on its 12-10 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 4-17 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Newark (Newark, IL).
