In Monday's league challenge, the host Maplewood Rockets volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Bristol Panthers.

With the win, Maplewood advances its record to 10-5 on the season. The Rockets host Bloomfield (North Bloomfield, OH) to face the Cardinals in a Northeastern test on Tuesday, September 30. The Cardinals go into the test with a record of 3-13. Bloomfield lost 3-1 in their recent league challenge against Chalker (Southington, OH)

The Panthers (1-16) will now prepare for their game against Windham (Windham, OH). The Bombers go into the Northeastern game with a 3-14 record. In their last game, Windham went down by Maplewood (Cortland, OH), 3-0, in a league game.
