Ohio High School Volleyball - Monroe Central crushed by Caldwell

The Caldwell Redskins prevailed the host Monroe Central Seminoles volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Monday's league game.

Next up, the Redskins confront the Union Local Jets (Belmont, OH) in a non-league game, on Thursday, October 2. Caldwell will attempt to advance on its 13-5 season record. The Jets enter the game with a 15-4 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Shenandoah (Sarahsville, OH).

The Seminoles (12-6) will now prepare for their game against Martins Ferry (Martins Ferry, OH). The Purple Riders enter the Ohio Valley 3A game with a 14-4 record. In their last game, Martins Ferry gained a win over Wheeling Park (Wheeling, WV), 3-0, in a non-league game.
