The McMinn Central Chargers (Englewood, TN) volleyball knocked off the visiting East Ridge Pioneers (Chattanooga, TN), 3-0 in Monday's league bout.
The Chargers now possess a 12-8 record. They play next when they host Meigs County for a AA District 5 bout on Tuesday, September 30.
With the loss, East Ridge drops to 0-15 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to Gordon Lee (Chickamauga, GA) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 30. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 29-9. Gordon Lee won 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Savannah Arts Academy (Savannah, GA)
