With the win, Monroe County upgrades its record to 13-8 on the campaign. The Falcons host Metcalfe County (Edmonton, KY) to face the Hornets in a District 16 test on Tuesday, September 30. The Hornets go into the test with a record of 17-10. Metcalfe County won 3-0 in their recent league test against Cumberland County (Burkesville, KY)

The Falcons now sport a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hart County for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 30. Foundation Christian Academy will face a Raiders squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Larue County (Hodgenville, KY). The Raiders record now stands at 10-11.
