The Mercy Tigers volleyball squad (Middletown, CT), dropped 3-0 in Monday's league battle with the visiting Hamden Green Dragons (Hamden, CT)

With the win, Hamden improves its record to 8-4 on the season. The Green Dragons host Shelton (Shelton, CT) to battle the Gaels in a Southern Connecticut - Hammonasset contest on Tuesday, September 30. The Gaels enter the contest with a record of 8-6. Shelton won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Hillhouse (New Haven, CT)

Next, the Tigers battle the Lauralton Hall Crusaders (Milford, CT) in a Southern Connecticut - Hammonasset contest, on Wednesday, October 1. Mercy will attempt to move on its 4-10 season record. The Crusaders enter the contest with a 0-9 record after their 3-0 league loss to Hamden (Hamden, CT).
