California High School Volleyball - Highlands ripped by Woodland Christian

Fans at Monday's league contest between the Woodland Christian Cardinals (Woodland, CA) and the visiting Highlands Scots (North Highlands, CA), saw Woodland Christian's volleyball squad achieve victory over Highlands by a score of 3-0.

With the win, Woodland Christian improves its record to 14-7 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Vacaville Christian (Vacaville, CA) to encounter the Falcons in a Sierra Delta League test on Wednesday, October 1. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 8-6. Vacaville Christian won 3-0 in their recent league test against Rio Vista (Rio Vista, CA)

The Scots now own a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Golden Sierra for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, October 1. Highlands will meet a Grizzlies team coming off a 3-1 league win over San Juan (Citrus Heights, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 3-11.
