The Houston County Bears (Warner Robins, GA) volleyball knocked off the host Veterans Warhawks (Kathleen, GA), 2-0 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Bears now possess a 18-12 record. They play next when they host Lee County for a 5A Area 2 bout on Tuesday, September 30. Houston County will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Greater Atlanta Christian (Norcross, GA). The Trojans record now stands at 10-25.

The Warhawks (21-11) will now prepare for their match against Thomas County Central (Thomasville, GA). The Yellow Jackets enter the 5A Area 2 match with a 20-3 record. In their last match, Thomas County Central notched a victory over Crisp County (Cordele, GA), 2-0, in a non-league match.
