The North Michigan Christian Academy Comets tipped the visiting Maplewood Baptist Academy Black Bears volleyball team by a margin of 3-2 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Comets now possess a 7-0 record. They play next when they host Wolverine for a Freelance bout on Tuesday, September 30. North Michigan Christian Academy will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Posen (Posen, MI). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-5.

With the loss, Maplewood Baptist Academy drops to 6-5 on the campaign. The Black bears host Big Bay de Noc (Cooks, MI) to clash with the Black Bears in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 30. The Black Bears come into the bout with a record of 8-3.
