Illinois High School Volleyball - Morning Star Academy over Unity Christian

The Morning Star Academy Mustangs (Bettendorf, IA) volleyball knocked off the host Unity Christian Knights (Fulton, IL), 3-1 in Monday's league bout.

The Mustangs now possess a 18-0 record. They play next when they host Galesburg Christian for a bout on Tuesday, September 30. Morning Star Academy will clash with a Lions team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Pathway Christian (Kalona, IA). The Lions record now stands at 9-8.

With the loss, Unity Christian drops to 16-6 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Pathway Christian (Kalona, IA) to battle the Panthers in a match on Tuesday, September 30. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 10-5. Pathway Christian lost 3-0 in their recent league match against Quad Cities Christian (Moline, IL)
