Fans at Monday's league contest between the Pine Grove Panthers (Ripley, MS) and the visiting Thrasher Rebels (Booneville, MS), observed Pine Grove's volleyball squad achieve victory over Thrasher by a score of 3-0.

With the win, Pine Grove improves its record to 20-10 on the season. The Panthers travel to Biggersville (Corinth, MS) to encounter the Lions in a Class 1A Region 1 test on Tuesday, September 30. The Lions go into the test with a record of 5-16. Biggersville lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Tupelo Christian Prep (Belden, MS)

The Rebels now own a 3-14 record.
