New York High School Soccer - Averill Park knocks off South Glens Falls

Averill Park Warriors (Averill Park, NY) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting South Glens Falls Bulldogs (South Glens Falls, NY), 6-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Warriors confront the Ballston Spa Scotties (Ballston Spa, NY) in a Suburban Council- Gray challenge, on Tuesday, September 6. Averill Park will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record.
The Bulldogs now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Amsterdam for a Foothills Council- North challenge on Wednesday, September 7. South Glens Falls will confront a Rams team coming off a 5-2 non-league win over Troy (Troy, NY). The Rams record now stands at 1-0.
