California High School Volleyball - Otay Ranch can't hold off Bonita Vista

The Otay Ranch Mustangs volleyball team (Chula Vista, CA), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Bonita Vista Barons (Chula Vista, CA)

The Barons (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Sage Creek (Carlsbad, CA). The Bobcats come into the non-league challenge with a 13-3 record. In their last challenge, Sage Creek nudged University City (San Diego, CA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs encounter the Scripps Ranch Falcons (San Diego, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 7. Otay Ranch will attempt to move on its 12-4 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 3-8 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Poway (Poway, CA).
