The Bears go into the bout with a record of 9-0. Arvin won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Ridgeview (Bakersfield, CA)

The Trojans now own a 1-10 record. They play next when they travel to West for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 8. Foothill will play a Vikings squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Porterville (Porterville, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 2-7.
