With the win, Foothill upgrades its record to 1-10 on the year. The Trojans travel to McFarland (McFarland, CA) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 3. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 7-3. McFarland won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Wonderful College Prep Academy (Lost Hills, CA)

The Spartans now own a 0-8 record. They play next when they travel to Arvin for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 8. South will play a Bears squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Ridgeview (Bakersfield, CA). The Bears record now stands at 12-1.
