The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Preston Indians (Preston, ID) and the host Shelley Russets (Shelley, ID), saw Preston's volleyball team run past Shelley by a score of 2-0.

The Indians now have a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ridgeview for a non-league test on Saturday, September 3. Preston will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Cissna Park (Cissna Park, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-4.

The Russets (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Sugar-Salem (Sugar City, ID). The Diggers enter the non-league test with a 4-0 record. In their last test, Sugar-Salem gained a win over American Falls (American Falls, ID), 3-2, in a non-league test.
