Eastview Lightning (Apple Valley, MN) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Jefferson Jaguars (Bloomington, MN), 5-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Eastview advances its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Lightning host Burnsville (Burnsville, MN) to clash with the Blaze in a Class AA Section 3 test on Thursday, September 5. The Blaze come into the test with a record of 0-4. Burnsville lost 11-0 in their recent non-league test against Hastings (Hastings, MN)

The Jaguars now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chanhassen for a non-league test on Thursday, September 5.
