Hoover Huskies (Clendenin, WV) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting South Charleston Black Eagles (South Charleston, WV), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Hoover moves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Winfield (Winfield, WV) to clash with the Generals in a Freelance test on Thursday, September 5. The Generals come into the test with a record of 2-2. Winfield 1-1 in their recent non-league test against Parkersburg (Parkersburg, WV)

The Black Eagles now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Spring Valley for a Mountain State test on Thursday, September 5. South Charleston will clash with a Timberwolves team coming off a 5-1 league win over Lincoln County (Hamlin, WV). The Timberwolves record now stands at 5-0.
