The Hickory Red Tornadoes soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host Freedom Patriots to 1 in the Red Tornadoes non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Red Tornadoes now hold a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Watauga for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 5. Hickory will play a Pioneers squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC). The Pioneers record now stands at 4-1.
