In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting William Monroe Dragons volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Culpeper County Blue Devils.

The Dragons (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Madison County (Madison, VA). The Mountaineers enter the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Madison County was tipped by Orange County (Orange, VA), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Blue Devils meet the Goochland Bulldogs (Goochland, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 10. Culpeper County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over James Monroe (Fredericksburg, VA).
