With the triumph, Fort Scott moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Field Kindley (Coffeyville, KS) to meet the Golden Tornado in a non-league test on Thursday, September 5. The Golden Tornado come into the test with a record of 0-2. Field Kindley lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Haysville Campus (Wichita, KS)

The Vikings now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pittsburg for a Southeast Kansas test on Thursday, September 5. Parsons will meet a Dragons team coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to Joplin (Joplin, MO). The Dragons record now stands at 0-1.
