Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Northwestern Lehigh Tigers (New Tripoli, PA) and the host Jim Thorpe Olympians (Jim Thorpe, PA), saw Northwestern Lehigh's soccer squad prevail over Jim Thorpe by a count of 6-2.

The Tigers (4-0) will now prepare for their battle against Palisades (Kintnersville, PA). The Pirates enter the Colonial battle with a 1-4 record. In their last battle, Palisades tipped Plumstead Christian (Plumsteadville, PA), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Olympians battle the Saucon Valley Panthers (Hellertown, PA) in a Colonial battle, on Thursday, September 5. Jim Thorpe will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Panthers enter the battle with a 1-1 record after their 3-2 league loss to Wilson Area (Easton, PA).
