The Choctaw Yellowjackets edged the host Bartlesville Bruins softball squad by a count of 4-3 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Yellowjackets play the Putnam City Pirates (Oklahoma City, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 5. Choctaw will attempt to upgrade on its 13-2 season record. The Pirates enter the challenge with a 1-11 record after their 12-0 non-league loss to Owasso (Owasso, OK).
The Bruins (11-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Pryor (Pryor, OK). The Tigers enter the non-league challenge with a 13-1 record.
