In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Northeast Raiders softball team scored a tight 7-0 win over the Central Hawks.
The Raiders (3-4) will now prepare for their match against Rutland (Macon, GA). The Hurricanes come into the non-league match with a 2-9 record. In their last match, Rutland was routed by Callaway (Hogansville, GA), 5-1, in a league match.
In their next game, the Hawks confront the Southwest Patriots (Macon, GA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 24. Central will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record.
