The Jaguars go into the battle with a record of 3-10. North Pike lost 3-1 in their recent non-league battle against Wesson (Wesson, MS)

The Trojans now own a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Puckett for a Class 2A Region 7 battle on Thursday, September 5. Amite County will encounter a Wolves squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Mize (Mize, MS). The Wolves record now stands at 3-4.
