In Tuesday's league match, the Ayden - Grifton Chargers (Ayden, NC) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Greene Central Rams (Snow Hill, NC), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Chargers battle the J.H. Rose Rampants (Greenville, NC) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, September 4. Ayden - Grifton will attempt to move on its 7-0 season record. The Rampants enter the match with a 9-0 record after their 3-2 league win over South Central (Winterville, NC).
