Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Fairview Eagles (Ashland, KY) and the visiting Bath County Wildcats (Owingsville, KY), observed Fairview's volleyball team top Bath County by a count of 3-0.

The Eagles (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Rock Hill (Ironton, OH). The Redmen enter the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Rock Hill notched a victory over Portsmouth (Portsmouth, OH), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Wildcats battle the Morgan County Cougars (West Liberty, KY) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, September 4. Bath County will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record. The Cougars enter the contest with a 1-5 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Rowan County (Morehead, KY).
