The Tigers (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Ludlow (Ludlow, KY). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Ludlow beat Holmes (Covington, KY), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Dayton Greendevils (Dayton, KY) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, September 4. Holmes will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Greendevils enter the contest with a 3-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Dixie Heights (Edgewood, KY).
