Boyle County Rebels (Danville, KY) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Garrard County Golden Lions (Lancaster, KY), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Boyle County improves its record to 2-3 on the season. The Rebels travel to Woodford County (Versailles, KY) to encounter the Yellowjackets in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 4. The Yellowjackets go into the test with a record of 2-1.

The Golden Lions now own a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincoln County for a District 45 test on Thursday, September 5. Garrard County will encounter a Patriots squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Danville Christian Academy (Danville, KY). The Patriots record now stands at 0-9.
