Alabama High School Volleyball - Buckhorn over Sparkman

Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Buckhorn Bucks (New Market, AL) and the host Sparkman Senators (Harvest, AL), observed Buckhorn's volleyball team top Sparkman by a count of 3-1.

The Bucks (15-5) will now prepare for their contest against Plainview (Rainsville, AL). The Bears enter the non-league contest with a 8-9 record. In their last bout, Plainview fell by Southside (Gadsden, AL), 2-1, in a non-league bout.

With the loss, Sparkman drops to 5-11 on the campaign. The Senators host Athens (Athens, AL) to clash with the Golden Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 5. The Golden Eagles come into the bout with a record of 8-7.
