In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Ridgeland Titans volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Callaway Chargers.

The Titans (5-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Columbus (Columbus, MS). The Falcons come into the Class 6A Region 2 challenge with a 8-7 record. In their last challenge, Columbus lost by Shannon (Shannon, MS), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Chargers meet the Neshoba Central Rockets (Philadelphia, MS) in a Class 6A Region 2 challenge, on Thursday, September 5. Callaway will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Rockets come into the challenge with a 13-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Vicksburg (Vicksburg, MS).
