In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Golden Valley Grizzlies volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Castaic Coyotes.

The Grizzlies (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Hart (Newhall, CA). The Hawks come into the Foothill challenge with a 1-7 record. In their last challenge, Hart lost by Canyon (Canyon Country, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Coyotes play the Marquez Gladiators (Huntington Park, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 6. Castaic will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Gladiators come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Vaughn (San Fernando, CA).
