Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Glenwood Gators (Phenix City, AL) and the host Dadeville Tigers (Dadeville, AL), observed Glenwood's volleyball team top Dadeville by a tally of 3-0.

The Gators (8-6) will now prepare for their contest against Beulah (Valley, AL). The Bobcats enter the 3A Area 6 contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Beulah was beaten by Glenwood (Phenix City, AL), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Tigers meet the Reeltown Rebels (Notasulga, AL) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 5. Dadeville will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Rebels enter the contest with a 0-3 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Fayetteville (Sylacauga, AL).
