North Carolina High School Volleyball - Falls Lake over Research Triangle

September 3, 2024: Research Triangle Park, NC 27709

In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Falls Lake Firebirds volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Research Triangle Raptors.

The Firebirds (9-1) will now prepare for their challenge against NCSSM: Durham (Durham, NC). The Unicorns come into the Super Six 1A/2A challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, NCSSM: Durham lost by East Wake Academy (Zebulon, NC), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Raptors play the East Wake Academy Eagles (Zebulon, NC) in a Super Six 1A/2A challenge, on Thursday, September 5. Research Triangle will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 7-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Franklin Academy (Wake Forest, NC).
