South Carolina High School Volleyball - South Pointe Christian over Hawthorne Christian Academy

The South Pointe Christian Patriots volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Hawthorne Christian Academy Hawks to 0 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Patriots now have a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Christ the Cornerstone Academy for a non-league outing on Friday, September 6. South Pointe Christian will play a Defenders team coming off a 3-0 league win over Grace Christian (Loris, SC). The Defenders record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Hawthorne Christian Academy drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Hawks host Union Christian Day (Union, SC) to play the Eagles in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 12. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 2-1.
