Marquette Redmen (Marquette, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Menominee Maroons (Menominee, MI), 3-1 in a league test.

With the win, Marquette improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Redmen travel to Bay City Western (Auburn, MI) to face the Warriors in a non-league test on Saturday, September 7. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 9-2. Bay City Western lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Garber (Essexville, MI)

The Maroons now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Escanaba for a Big North test on Thursday, September 5.
